Time: Oyster Roast w/reception begins at 6:00 PM, Dinner at 7:15 PM.

1st course:  Citrus infused Tuna Tartare {Let There Be Light}

2nd course: Stuffed whole Quail Confit, Mushroom duxelle, smoked Gouda {Invocation}

3rd course: Seared Duck Breast with a cherry & Eschaton demi-glacé saffron grits , poached pear & Gorgonzola {Eschaton}

4th course: Ode to Mercy Tiramisu {Ode to Mercy}
