What’s tap-penin’, neighbors? Didya know this week is American Craft Beer Week? Sounds like there are plenty of fantastic events going on around town, how are you celebrating? Well, we’ve got a few things going on this month to welcome festival season/patio weather officially to Atlanta (finally), hope you can join us for a brew or two! Details on everything below:
It’s the Beer Geek Tuesday at Cypress that you know and love but it’s a special edition for Craft Beer Week. They’ll be pouring ALL LOCAL BEER starting at 7PM so come by and have a few pints of Let There Be Light with our President Nick and Apostle of Ales Sarah.
What better way to kick off the season than with a ping pong, craft beer and oyster filled evening in the back yard at No. 246? Let There Be Light (and other fun) will be flowing for this shindig from 6 to 8PM – Nick and Sarah will be on-hand to talk beer here, too! $20/person.
SATURDAY 5/18: East Atlanta Beer Fest
Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, the East Atlanta Beer Fest is going down on Saturday 5/18 from 1 to 6PM. Check out 175+ brews, including our very own Let There Be Light, Invocation and Ode to Mercy.
From 7 to 9PM our neighbors at Seven Hens be giving out schnitzel samples and we’ll be on-hand with FREE tastings of Ode to Mercy and Invocation (along with some other choice breweries, selected by Ale Sharpton himself). Reserve your spot now by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
THURS 5/30 – SUNDAY 6/2: Atlanta Food & Wine Fest
Craft beer at a food and wine fest? You bet! We’re beyond honored to be a part of this most excellent annual festival. Come by the tasting tents all weekend to get your Wild Heaven fill, including Eschaton (yep, it’ll finally be back in stock at the end of this month!).
