Mavis Barrel-Aged Sour No. 3

+ 6-packs of new Altair IPA

Mavis, number 3 in our series of barrel-aged fruited sours (following Emmylou and Joni), is here! After some recent on-tap previews, we’re releasing the very first 500mL bottles at the brewery this Friday the 13th during our regular Taproom hours (4-11pm) for $13 each.

Mavis is a mixed fermentation blend of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus aged in Bordeaux barrels with additions of blackberry, raspberry and cranberry. Each barrel aged from 24-30 months, producing elegant flavors. Each barrel was hand-selected for the final brewmaster’s blend.

To spice things up even more, we’ll also have six packs of the new brewery-only Altair IPA available. The second in our series of experimental IPAs, Altair features Idaho 7 and Citra hops– 2 of our very favorite.

Additionally, we have fresh Goodvice DIPA and a few remaining 6-packs of Kallisto IPA and bottles of Emmylou.

Limit one case equivalent (288 ounces) per GA law.
