Private Events @ Wild Heaven Avondale

Our flagship location, Wild Heaven Avondale Estates is an indoor/outdoor taproom, brewery and events venue boasting glowing Edison bulbs, warm wood furniture, a shipping container lounge space, open patio and garden area, and creative craft beers. We also provide in-house catering services via Chef Todd Ginsberg’s Refresher with a variety of customizable packages to suit all tastes and preferences.

Capacity: 35 guests max

Private Events at Wild Heaven Beer

3 hour event window with 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for breakdown

Rental includes:

  • Designated patio space including seating areas with tables and chairs
  • Reserved covered shipping container space
  • Fire pit and outdoor fan
  • Flatscreen TV
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Courteous, knowledgeable pouring staff
  • Complimentary parking

Hop Garden

Capacity: 60 guest max

Brewery Buyout

Capacity: Standing - 150 inside; up to 250 with outside area included; Seated - 70 inside; up to 125 with outside area included

Venue Rental Includes

  • Private use of entire facility including taproom and bar, Grove Container, Hop Garden, and stage
  • Facility will close to the public one hour prior to the event start time for set up
  • 3 hour event plus 1 hour set up and 1 hour breakdown
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Audio visual capabilities and equipment including use of in-house speakers to connect any mobile device or computer and use of TVs
  • Courteous, knowledgeable pouring staff
  • Complimentary parking
  • Tables and chairs in the taproom and outside (subject to change and availability)
  • Cornhole set for your use
  • Fire pits and outdoor fans
