Kolsch Service

A tradition from Cologne, Germany, come enjoy traditional Kolsch service in all three of our taprooms!

Kölsch service is a traditional way of serving Kölsch beer from Cologne, Germany.

 

Instead of ordering individual drinks, a server continuously brings you small glasses (called Stangen) of Kölsch and replaces each empty one automatically.

 

Each beer is typically 200 ml (about 7 oz)
The server tracks how many you’ve had by marking your coaster
You keep getting refills until you signal you\'re done (usually by placing your coaster on top of your glass)

Our Kolsch Service will be in all three taprooms!!
West End on 4/17 @ 4 pm
Toco Hills on 4/18 @ 12 pm
Avondale on 4/19 @ 1 pm
