Private Events at Wild Heaven Beer

8 hour event window with 2 hours for set up and 2 hours for breakdown

Rental includes:

  • 1,000 square foot Lounge
  • 800 square foot Mezzanine
  • Partial patio outside the Lounge exterior entrance
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Audio visual capabilities and equipment including projector, 9’ x 5’ projection screen, bluetooth speaker with microphone
  • Courteous, knowledgeable staff
  • Use of inventory of tables and chairs including set up and breakdown of items.

West End: Garden Club

Capacity: 300 seated, 600 standing room

Private Events at Wild Heaven Beer

12 hour event window with 6 hours for set up and 2 hours for breakdown

Rental includes:

  • 5,700 square foot Garden Club
  • 1,500 square foot Garden Lawn
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Full audio visual capabilities and equipment including projector, 10’x 6’ projection screen, full audio plug-in capability with house speakers, dance floor, accent lighting and 22’ x 14’ stage (AV and production engineer fee not included in rental rate).
  • Bridal Suite/Green Room with lounge seating and private bathroom
  • Courteous, knowledgeable staff
  • Use of inventory of tables and chairs including set up and breakdown of items.

Avondale: Grove Container

Capacity: 35 guests max

3 hour event window with 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for breakdown

  • Designated patio space including seating areas with tables and chairs
  • Reserved covered shipping container space
  • Fire pit and outdoor fan
  • Flatscreen TV
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Courteous, knowledgeable pouring staff
  • Complimentary parking

Capacity: 60 guest max

Capacity: Standing - 150 inside; up to 250 with outside area included; Seated - 70 inside; up to 125 with outside area included

Private Events at Wild Heaven Beer

  • Private use of entire facility including taproom and bar, Grove Container, Hop Garden, and stage
  • Facility will close to the public one hour prior to the event start time for set up
  • Selection of unique craft beers, ciders and seltzers on draft
  • Audio visual capabilities and equipment including use of in-house speakers to connect any mobile device or computer and use of TVs
  • Courteous, knowledgeable pouring staff
  • Complimentary parking
  • Tables and chairs in the taproom and outside (subject to change and availability)
  • Cornhole set for your use
  • Fire pits and outdoor fans

Toco Hills: The Brite Room

The Brite Room at Wild Heaven Toco Hills is a private event venue steps away, but secluded from our taproom, buzzing with BBQ and beer. Ideal for every occasion ranging from intimate gatherings and festive celebrations to happy hours and business meetings, the Brite Room is the perfect backdrop for both formal and casual events.

Capacity: 40 seated / 55 standing

Rental Includes:

  • Three hours of guest attendance
  • One-hour set up, one-hour breakdown
  • Full bar
  • Courteous, knowledgeable staff
  • Wi-Fi
  • Projector and 150" screen

Toco Hills: Brewhouse Bar + Courtyard

Need a bit more elbow room?

We offer two additional add-on spaces just off the Brite Room venue, giving your guests a little extra space to enjoy. Extend your indoor space by adding the Brewhouse Bar to your Brite Room booking. The Brewhouse Bar is fully open to our brewing and distilling operations, giving your guests a unique peek behind the curtain while they enjoy spirits and beer created on-site. Enjoy the built-in bar with room to mingle or bring in extra tables for additional seating. Opt for our partial courtyard package and capture the perfect indoor/outdoor vibe complete with a dedicated seating area lit by glowing Edison bulbs overhead.

It was beautiful! Our event coordinator, Chris Richards, is professional and detail oriented. The staff set up the tables and chairs exactly as we had requested. The food was delicious! They especially loved the quesadillas we chose as an appetizer. Of course the beer was great as well! I would recommend the Wild Heaven- West End Lounge for small weddings like ours.
